Prisma Workplace Legal is a bilingual investigations firm conducting workplace and institutional investigations across Canada.

We investigate in diverse settings, from national organizations to remote First Nations communities. We bring experience, sound judgment, and a commitment to a fair process in every matter we handle. The result is work you can trust: thorough, thoughtful, and done right. 

  • We conduct investigations in both official languages. Our bilingual investigator can conduct French-language interviews and prepare comprehensive, defensible reports fluently in either language, at no added cost.

  • We are thorough. We work efficiently and diligently, without cutting corners or skipping steps.

  • We act solely as investigators. We do not practice litigation, which helps avoid conflicts that can arise where lawyers also act in an advocacy role.

  • We are independent in our process. We have no pre-existing relationships with the parties involved, and we maintain a neutral role with no ties to those involved.

  • We have conducted investigations in diverse workplace and institutional settings. We do not shy away from sensitive matters, and our trauma-informed approach helps guide our work where those issues arise.

ABOUT OUR FIRM

We each bring more than 15 years of legal experience, and our backgrounds in human rights, disability, personal injury, and workplace law shape the thoughtful, practical approach we bring to every investigation.

We first met as colleagues at a workplace investigations firm, after years in legal practice.

Over the next three years, including across different firms, we realized that we shared not only a common approach to investigations, but also a genuine commitment to working with people in a wide range of environments and circumstances.
